Authors name, and Publishers name (if published).

Also let us know if your book is in an E-book form, paperback, hardcover, CD, or whichever physical form you work with.

Finally, list your price; you can send in a fixed price, (sale price) or a list and sale price, see table below.

Our commission is negotiable, and /or according to price. Commissions rarely exceed 20% and some can be as little as 5%.
